Pat Green and Associates, LLC, DEAI training brings awareness to the work environment and educates the administration on the legal ramifications of discrimination in the workplace. The areas covered in training includes race relations, cultural diversity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, language preferences, age differences, and barriers faced by people with physical and mental impairments in the workforce. The goal is to build a more productive culture-conscious working environments that allow all people access to services, and fair treatment without exclusions based on the characteristic.


We are experts on disability statutes and regulations. Our DEAI training covers a broad spectrum and will involve gathering insight into the work environment. Include evaluating areas that need improvement, providing one-on-one and group training, and providing literature, handouts, and follow-up. This extensive training is designed to provide the entity with sufficient information to cover future DEAI problems that may be encountered and avoid litigation.
